Because the block is inked and printed manually, every print will vary slightly, giving each one its own character.

  • 1. Eligibility for Returns

    If you are not completely satisfied with you're print, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

    • The item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

    • Custom or personalised prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

    2. Damaged or Defective Items

    If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

    3. Return Process

    • Email me at greylinetattoos@gmail.com with your reason for return.

    • Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

    • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

    4. Refunds

    Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after i receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

    5. Exchanges

    I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different print, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
