Medieval Hangman Lino cut Print

• All of my prints are hand printed using oil based relief printing ink.

  Paper sizes are an approx. size due to them being hand made but are very close to the specific size.

• Ink coverage and paper texture all vary due to the hand made and hand printing process meaning each print is unique.

1. Eligibility for Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with you're print, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• Custom or personalised prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

3. Return Process

• Email me at greylinetattoos@gmail.com with your reason for return.

• Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

• You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after i receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Exchanges

I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different print, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If i am experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. I will notify you via email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard UK Shipping: [2-3 business days]

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Grey Line is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Damages

Grey Line is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact me and i will advise on the next course of action.
