All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

1. Eligibility for Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with you're print, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item must be in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Custom or personalised prints are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your print arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. I will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.
3. Return Process

Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after i receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different print, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

All of my prints are hand printed using oil based relief printing ink.
Paper sizes are an approx. size due to them being hand made but are very close to the specific size.
Ink coverage and paper texture all vary due to the hand made and hand printing process meaning each print is unique.
